Today three top official, the defense minister, the minister of interior and Assad’s Brother in law, were killed in a bombing, an attack for which the free Syrian army has claimed responsibility. For further insight on the current situation, we turned to Afra Jalabi, a Syrian Journalist and Peace advocate.

This lady assumes that only

This lady assumes that only Russia and China have vested interests by trying to  keep Assad. Supposedly their considerations are not based on human rights. I agree only with the latter.  Neither is the West's interests based on human rights. She needed to comment on how a military intervention would protect those human rights. Libya is an example of the chaos that results from this type of military intervention.

She also fails to comment on the fact that a significant portion of Syrian population could be in support of Assad and that this is a country in a state of civil war.
