This edition of GroundWire was produced by CKUT in Montréal on unceded Mohawk Territory. It was produced in collaboration with Courtney Harrop from CJMP and Frieda Werden, the host and producer of WINGS: Women's International News Gathering Service.

 

This is a special edition to commemorate the École Polytechnique Massacre that occurred in Montréal on December 6, 1989, and more broadly, the ongoing violence against women that we must include when we consider the aftermath of the massacre.
