Setting Trial Date in Charges Against Children's Aid Society

The Children's Aid Society is fighting transparency and accountability and therefore has been charged under their governing legislation, the Corporations Act in Ontario.

John Dunn, a former foster child and advocate for transparency and accountability in child welfare will appear in court on February 11, at 1:30pm in Ottawa to set a trial date. Updates pending.
