Background:
The Media Co-op is a member-owned, cooperatively-run new network with outlets in Montreal, Halifax, Toronto and Vancouver. Since 2003, we have been covering Canada and Canadian operations abroad from a grassroots perspective, which means centring coverage on the experiences of people who are directly affected, and social movements responding.
