Should you wish at any time to cancel your subscription, please inform us in writing at the Media Co-op, PO Box 741, Station H, Montreal, QC, H3G 2M7, and we will refund you the equivalent of the remainder of your subscription.
For any merchandise purchased through http://mediacoop.ca, if you are not satisfied, please return within 30 days with proof of purchase to: the Media Co-op, PO Box 741, Station H, Montreal, QC, H3G 2M7. We will refund the full amount of the product, as well as costs incurred in returning said product at regular Canada Post rates.
