Canada Day in Kingston is pretty gross.  Following this year's birthday party for John A. MacDonald, and as cities across the country ramp up to celebrate Canada's 150th in 2017, this happened today. The banner was dropped along the parade route just as the city's town crier marched by and it stayed up through the morning.
